In addition to commercial and business litigation, Adam has experience representing companies involving in personal injury litigation and high exposure product liability cases.

Education and Experience
Adam Bach is a 2002 graduate of Furman University and 2006 graduate of the University of South Carolina. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2006 and the North Carolina Bar in 2013. Adam graduated in the top 10 percent of his law school class, earning him admission into the Order of the Coif and Order of the Wig and Robe. He was also inducted in the Order of the Barristers for top appellate advocates and honorary John Belton O’Neall Inn of Court. He was a member of the South Carolina Moot Court team and a research editor for the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal.

- Experience handling every phase of business cases. This includes discovery, trials, witness deposition and preparation, class action litigation, expert deposition, motion practice, issuing opinions to businesses and individuals on areas of business law, drafting contracts, operating agreements, and other business documents, and represented on cases appealed to State and Federal Courts.
