Education & Experience

Carolyn A. Atkins graduated from the University of Maryland in College Park in 2012 where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics. She was Presiding Officer of the Student Honor Council and a teaching assistant in Criminal Justice. Carolyn then attended Wake Forest University School of Law where she was a student practitioner in the Community Law and Business Clinic and a board member for Women in Law. During law school, Carolyn received the CALI award in Law and Accounting, Agency, and the Microtrade Development Clinic before graduating in 2016. Before joining Eller Tonnsen Bach, Carolyn worked within the workers’ compensation practice of a regional insurance defense firm.

Carolyn is active in the Upstate community as a member of the Junior League of Greenville and as an animal rescue advocate. When not in the office, Carolyn can be found hiking, spending time with her dogs, Cilly and Elmer, and cheering for the Clemson Tigers.
